青年是国家建设和社会进步不可或缺的主力和新生力量。劳动就业对青年具有重大意义,是一个人安身立命之本,也是青年融入社会、实现社会化转变的关键起点,如果处理不好就会引发一系列的社会问题。随着我国经济发展与社会的转型,我国青年的失学无业问题越来越成为学术界和政府关注的焦点,成人教育理应加强对这一群体的关注。在终身学习的时代背景下对失学无业青年的就业问题进行研究,分析其失学和就业难的原因,探寻行之有效的培训方式具有理论价值和现实意义。

Youth is an indispensable main force and new force in national construction and social progress.Labor and employment is of great significance to young people.It is not only the foundation of a person’s life,but also the key starting point for young people to integrate into society and realize socialization transformation.If it is not handled well,it will lead to a series of social problems.With China’s economic development and social transformation,the problem of youth out-of-school and unemployed has increasingly become the focus of academia and government.Adult education should pay more attention to this group.Under the background of lifelong learning,it is of theoretical value and practical significance to study the employment of out-of-school and unemployed youth,analyze the reasons for their out-of-school and difficult employment,and explore effective training methods.
