远程开放教育服务粤港澳大湾区建设的探索与实践——以广东开放大学为例 被引量:1

Practice and Exploration of Distance Open Education Serving the Construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area——The Case of the Open University of Guangdong

摘要 《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》提出大湾区要打造教育和人才高地,推动教育合作发展。在此背景下,湾区远程开放教育的办学建设将再次面临新挑战。论文采用案例研究方法,以广东开放大学为研究对象,归纳该校在助推湾区建设之人才培养、科学研究和社会服务方面的办学实践。在总结实践事实的基础上,通过演绎推理,提出远程开放教育对接湾区建设的发展策略,即切入点是树立开放的办学理念,着力点是构建终身教育服务体系,落脚点是开展教育合作,培育人力资源,建设终身学习平台,提供各类型的继续教育服务和学习机会。 Development planning outline of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area proposed that the bay area should build a highland for education and talents to promote the development of educational cooperation.In this context,open and distance education in the bay area will face new challenges and opportunities.This thesis adopts the method of case study,and take the Open University of Guangdong as the research object.The thesis will summarize the school’s practice in personnel training,scientific research and social services.Based on summarizing practical facts,this thesis gives development strategy suggestions for the distance open education.The suggestions include that the starting point of docking with the construction of the bay area is to establish the concept of open education,focus on building a lifelong education service system,the goal is carrying out educational cooperation,cultivating human resources,building a lifelong learning platform,providing various types of continuing education services,and learning opportunities.
