摘要
乡村教师网络信息技术素养是推动乡村教育信息化发展的关键。在对河北省11市乡村留守儿童及乡村教师的调查中发现,乡村教师网络信息技术素养存在着未把网络使用与育人目标充分结合、对留守儿童缺乏科学的网络教育指导方法、教师网络信息技术整体素养普遍偏低等问题。背后原因涉及乡村教师选拔、在职培训、教师自身认知困境和学习意志等。可通过更新乡村教师网络信息技术理念、重视乡村教师选拔中网络信息技术能力并加强职后培训、提升乡村教师融合网络信息技术于日常教育教学活动的能力、加大专项投入并持续优化乡村学校网络文化环境、引导乡村教师充分利用网络优质资源并搭建乡村教师为主体的云平台等对策来提升乡村教师整体网络信息技术素养。
The network information technology literacy of rural teachers is the key to promote the development of rural education informatization.Based on the survey of leftbehind children and teachers in 11 cities of Hebei Province,it is found that the network information technology literacy of rural teachers has some problems,such as not fully combining the use of the network with educational objectives,lacking of scientific network education guidance methods for leftbehind children,and generally lowering network information technology literacy of teachers.The reasons behind this involve the selection of rural teachers,on-the-job training,teachers’own cognitive dilemma and learning will.The overall network information technology literacy level of rural teachers can be improved by renewing the concept of network information technology of rural teachers,attaching importance to the ability of network information technology in the selection of rural teachers and strengthening post-service training,improving the ability of rural teachers to integrate network information technology into daily education and teaching activities,increasing special investment and continuously optimizing the network cultural environment of rural schools,guiding rural teachers to make full use of network quality resources and building a cloud platform with rural teachers as the main body.
