近现代山西地权分配研究:回顾与前瞻

Land Right Distribution in Modern Shanxi:Retrospect and Prospect

作为反映中国近现代农村“人与土地”紧密关系的指标,地权分配的集中程度备受中外学术界关注。数十年来,聚焦近现代山西地权分配研究的学术成果不断涌现。值得注意的是,既有研究在部分问题的认识上存在分歧和争议,在基尼系数计算和土地数据处理上尚未形成统一标准。因此,对现有文献进行述评是推动山西地权分配研究不断深化发展的重要工作。文章在纵向回顾近百年来山西地权分配的研究内容、研究成果和研究进程的基础上,着重讨论地权分配基尼系数计算这一技术手段的应用问题,并从研究方法、研究史料等方面对今后的近现代山西地权分配研究进行反思与展望。

As an indicator of the close relationship between“people and land”in modern Chinese rural areas,concentration degree of land right distribution has attracted attention from both Chinese and foreign academic circles.Over the past few decades,academic achievements focusing on land right distribution in modern and contemporary Shanxi have continued to emerge.It is worth noting that there are differences and disputes in the understanding of some issues in existing studies,and a unified standard has not yet been formed in the calculation of Gini coefficient and land data processing.Therefore,reviewing existing literature is important to promote continuous deepening of the research on land right distribution in Shanxi.Based on the longitudinal review of content,results and process of research on land right distribution in Shanxi in the past 100 years,this article explored the application of calculation of land right distribution with Gini coefficient as a technical means.From research methods and historical data reflections and prospects on future research on land right distribution in modern Shanxi were also discussed.
