摘要
文章针对科技查新增加协作人员的服务模式存在人力和财力成本较高的问题,提出科技查新人机协作服务模式,以期为查新咨询中心数字化转型提供参考。文章介绍科技查新人机协作的技术基础,分析科技查新人机协作服务的优势,提出参与型、分工型、颠覆型三种科技查新人机协作服务模式,并探讨科技查新人机协作服务模式的实施方案及实施条件。
Aiming at the problem of high human and financial costs in the service mode of adding collaborative personnel to scientific and technological novelty search,the article proposes a human-robot collaboration service mode for scientific and technological novelty search,hoping to provide a reference for the digital transformation of the novelty search consulting center.The article introduces the technical basis of human-robot collaboration in scientific and technological novelty search,analyzes the advantages of human-robot collaboration services in it,and proposes three types of human-robot collaboration service modes for scientific and technological novelty search:participatory,division of labor,and subversive.And it also discusses the implementation plan and implementation conditions of the human-robot collaboration service model for scientific and technological novelty search.
