远中直立下颌磨牙的正畸治疗对糖尿病患者牙周的影响

The Effect of Orthodontic Treatment of Distal Vertical Mandibular Molars on Periodontium of Diabetic Patients

目的:针对下颌第一磨牙缺失且患有糖尿病的患者采取应用正畸治疗远中直立下颌第二磨牙的方法观察血糖控制的程度对牙槽骨附着的影响。方法:收集2018年1月—2019年1月收治的30例左侧下颌第一磨牙缺失且患有糖尿病的患者实施牙周洁治及龈下刮治术,牙周炎症彻底消除后应用正畸方法治疗,评估患者牙槽骨吸收、牙齿松动度、牙周袋探诊深度。结果:经正畸治疗且血糖控制的情况下,其牙槽骨吸收小于血糖高的患者。患者治疗效果较显著。结论:有效控制糖尿病患者的牙周炎症,经过正畸治疗近中倾斜的第二磨牙直立效果明显,患者咬合功能和咀嚼功能完全恢复,在临床上可以广泛应用。

Objective:To observe the effect of blood glucose control on alveolar bone attachment in patients with diabetes mellitus and mandibular first molar loss.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,30 patients with left mandibular first molar loss and diabetes mellitus in the hospital were collected for periodontal scaling and subgingival curettage.After the periodontitis was completely eliminated,the patients were treated with orthodontic methods,and the alveolar bone absorption,tooth mobility and periodontal bag exploration depth were evaluated.Results:Under the condition of orthodontic treatment and blood glucose control,the alveolar bone absorption was less than that of patients with high blood glucose.The therapeutic effect of the patients was significant.Conclusion:The second molar with near to middle inclination has obvious upright effect after orthodontic treatment.The occlusal and masticatory function of the patients are completely restored,which can be widely used in clinical.
