外商直接投资对江苏城乡居民收入差距影响研究

The Influence of Foreign Direct Investment on the Income Gap Between Urban and Rural Dwellers in Jiangsu Province

江苏省作为对外开放大省,对于大量的FDI进入江苏,是否促进了江苏经济发展,影响了城乡居民收入争议不断。本文运用了江苏13个市2003-2017年的面板数据研究了FDI对江苏省的城乡收入差距的影响。在研究过程中不仅对江苏省所受影响的整体效应进行分析,也将13个市按照区域分为苏南、苏中和苏北进行地域差异研究。研究表明FDI本身并不直接影响城乡居民收入差距,而是通过影响经济发展、产业转移和城镇化间接影响城乡居民收入差距。

Whether a great deal of FDI's entering into Jiangsu,a big province opening up to outside world,promotes its economic development,influences the income of urban and rural dwellers has been controversial.This paper uses the panel data of 13 cities in Jiangsu province from 2003 to 2017 to study the impact of FDI on the urban-rural income gap.In the process of research,not only the overall effect of the impact on Jiangsu province is analyzed,but also the 13 cities are divided into southern,central and northern Jiangsu according to the region to study the regional differences.Research shows that FDI does not directly affect the income gap between urban and rural dwellers,but indirectly affects the gap by influencing economic development,industrial transfer and urbanization.
