某汽车厂动力站监控系统设计

Design of Power Station Monitoring System in an Automobile Factory

摘要 根据某汽车厂动力水车间的工艺流程、系统组成以及自动控制方式,设计出满足实际控制要求的控制方案,开发了模拟量输入和输出量程转换、温度和压力转换、RS485通信等重要程序后,通过Profibus DP通信协议将子设备组网,最终开发WINCC监控界面,对汽车厂动力水系数进行监控. According to the process flow,system composition and automatic control mode of the power Waterworks in an automobile factory,the control scheme meeting the actual control requirements is designed.After the important programs such as analog input and output range conversion,temperature and pressure conversion,RS485 communication and so on are developed,the sub equipment is networked through PROFIBUS DP communication protocol,and finally WinCC monitoring interface is developed,Monitor and control the power water coefficient of automobile factory.
