摘要
学术期刊是学术研究的重要阵地,相关学术不端行为对学术期刊的正常发展、质量提升有很大的负面影响。本文按照界内规定和期刊行业标准,分析“一稿多投”对学术期刊造成的不良影响,提出有效防止“一稿多投”需要完善制度、加强惩治、引入科技手段进行甄别等方法多管齐下,齐抓共管。
Academic journals are the important position of academically research.And academic misconduct has a great negative impact on the normal development and quality improvement of academic journals.In accordance with the industrial regulations and the periodical standards,this paper analyzes the adverse effects of“multiple submissions for one paper”on academic journals,and puts forward that the effective prevention from it needs to improve the system,strengthen punishment,and introduce scientific and technological means of screening with Multi-pronged approach and joint management.
