我国互联网医院发展面临的主要问题及对策分析

Analysis of the Main Problems and Countermeasures in the Development of Internet Hospitals in China

在政策推动和患者就医需求的双重作用下,尤其是在新冠肺炎疫情期间,我国互联网医院得到快速发展。分析了互联网医院快速发展过程中存在的诊疗行为难以实现人群全覆盖、服务效率有待提升、部分医院积极性不高、存在信息壁垒以及行业标准仍需进一步完善等问题。针对这些问题,提出了拓宽诊疗范围、改善就医体验、强化组织保障、加强学科联动以及推进平台监管等应对措施,以推动互联网医院高质量发展。

Under the dual role of policy promotion and patients'demand for medical treatment,especially during the outbreak of COVID-19,Internet hospitals had developed rapidly in China.This paper analyzed the problems existing in the rapid development of Internet hospitals,such as the difficulty of achieving full coverage of the population in diagnosis and treatment,the need to improve service efficiency,the low enthusiasm of some hospitals to participate,the information barriers and the need to further improve the industry standards.In view of these problems,countermeasures were put forward including broadening the scope of diagnosis and treatment,improving medical experience,strengthening organizational guarantees,strengthening disciplinary linkage and promoting platform supervision,which aimed to promote the high-quality development of Internet hospitals.
