传承红色军医文化 提升党建科学化水平

党建工作是抓好各项工作的根本。陆军军医大学在党建工作中深入挖掘自身红色军医文化资源。介绍了红色军医文化的形成历史及其精神价值,概括为:“革命理想高于天”的理想信念是文化自信的基础;“听党指挥”的不变军魂是我军永葆红色的政治要求;“一不怕苦、二不怕死”的战斗精神是攻坚克难的重要保证;“解放思想、实事求是”的探索创新是红色文化的活力之源;“为人民服务”是红色军医文化的根基。指出,全面提升陆军军医大学党建工作的科学化水平,传承独特的红色军医文化,可以促进军校大学生对理想信念的文化认同,强化红色军医文化记忆,扩大红色军医文化的外化感染力,升华红色军医文化的群体性认可。

Party building is the foundation of all work.The Army Medical University excavatd its own red military medical cultural resources in Party building.This paper introduced the formation history of red military medical culture and its spiritual value.It was summarized that the ideal and belief of"revolutionary ideal is higher than heaven"is the basis of cultural self-confidence;the constant military spirit of"obeying the Party's command"is the political requirement for our army to remain red forever;the fighting spirit of"not afraid of hardship and death"is an important guarantee for overcoming difficulties;the exploration and innovation of"emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts"is the source of vitality of red culture;"serving the people"is the foundation of red military medical culture.It was pointed out that comprehensively improving the scientific level of Party building in the Army Medical University and inheriting the unique red military medical culture can promote the cultural recognition of military college students'ideals and beliefs,consolidate the memory of red military medical culture,help the externalization of red military medical culture and sublimate the group recognition of red military medical culture.
