In the production process of prestressed concrete sleepers,the static load crack resistance test is an important index of product delivery inspection.If the test is unqualified,the sleeper products represented by it will not leave the factory.This paper expounds the selection of raw materials and production process control in the production process of sleepers,so as to ensure that the prestress of sleepers is not lost when they leave the factory,the static load crack resistance is qualified,and the service life of sleepers is guaranteed.
