摘要
为了克服传统轴向元器件手工成型方式效率低、不易对称成型、易损伤器件本体和引线、无法两边同时对称成型和专用成型钳成型范围窄的缺陷,提高成型效率、保证产品的质量,设计了轴向元器件手工成型工装,对工装进行了验证,能够保证轴向元器件一次成型的可靠性及一致性,减少报废率,提高产品质量和生产效率。
In order to overcome the shortcoming of traditional manual forming method of axial components,such as low efficiency,form symmetrically hardly,damaging the device body and lead easily,forming symmetrically impossibly on both sides at the same time and narrow forming range of special forming pliers,improve the forming efficiency and ensure the quality of products.And the manual forming tooling of axial components is designed and verified,which can ensure the one-time forming of axial components to improve the reliability and consistency of products.At the same time,it reduces scrap rate and improves product quality and production efficiency.
