Drug Therapies for Otitis Media with Effusion in Children

分泌性中耳炎(otitis media with effusion,OME)是造成儿童听力损失的重要原因之一。确定一种有效、安全、合理、可接受的非手术干预策略对儿童OME的治疗有重要意义。本文综述了目前儿童OME常用治疗药物(包括抗生素、类固醇激素、抗组胺药、减充血剂和黏液溶解促排剂)的作用机制及临床疗效证据,针对OME合并变应性鼻炎或腺样体肥大时的药物选择,以及不同给药方式对临床结局的影响。

Otitis media with effusion(OME)is one of the important causes of hearing loss in children.It is impor-tant to identify an effective,safe,economical and acceptable non-operative intervention for the treatment of OME in children.This review summarizes the mechanism and clinical efficacy of commonly used drugs,including steroids,anti-biotics,antihistamines,decongestants and mucolytic agents,drug selections when combined with allergic rhinitis and ad-enoid hypertrophy,as well as effects of different administration methods on outcomes.
