马克思主义劳动观三重维度下的高校劳动教育研究

A Study on Labor Education in Colleges and Universities in the Three Dimensions of Marxist View of Labor

党的十八大以来,党和国家高度重视劳动教育,在对马克思主义劳动观的创造性转化和创新性发展中,形成了独具特色的劳动教育体系。高校劳动教育由于马克思主义劳动观的缺位,使其在劳动认识、劳动实践、劳动体验等方面依然存在问题。从真、善、美三个维度,对马克思主义劳动观进行合规律性、合目的性、合感受性解读,进而提出劳动价值、劳动选择、劳动主体三种教育,对于有效开展高校劳动教育具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the Communist Party of China(CPC)and the state have attached great importance to labor education.A unique labor education system came out through the creative transformation and innovative development of Marxist view of labor.Due to the absence of Marxist view of labor in labor education,there are still problems in labor knowledge,labor practice and labor experience.From the three dimensions of"truth,goodness and beauty",this paper interprets the Marxist view of labor with regularity,purpose and sensibility,and then puts forward three kinds of education:labor value,labor choice and labor subject,which are of great theoretical value and practical significance for the development of college labor education.
