新时代教师劳动教育素养提升路径探析 被引量:7

摘要 劳动教育具有基础性、教育性、时代性。劳动教育的有效实施需要提升教师劳动教育素养。然而,新时代教师劳动教育素养的提升却面临专任劳动教育师资培养机构匮乏、全体教师劳动教育专业化进程受阻、教师准入及考核评价劳动教育元素缺失等现实困境。新时代教师劳动教育素养是指所有教师为完成劳动教育教学任务而具备的心理品质和专业能力,其构成要素主要包括专业伦理、专业知能、专业保障三个维度,即明确劳动教育使命和任务、具备劳动教育知识和技能、享有劳动教育权利和待遇。新时代教师劳动教育素养提升需要政府、高校和中小学校充分发挥其政策主体、培养主体和实践主体的能动性,全方位推进,全领域支撑。在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想指引下,为推进新时代教师劳动教育、促进教师劳动教育素养的提升,政策主体要以教师教育改革为抓手,确保劳动教育师资力量;培养主体要以高校劳动教育推进为契机,培育教师劳动教育素养;实践主体要以学习共同体平台为依托助推教师劳动教育专业化发展。 Labor education is fundamental,educational and contemporary.The effective implementation of labor education requires the improvement of teachers’labor education literacy.However,labor education among teachers is facing the lack of full-time labor education teacher training institutions,the hindrance of the professionalization of full-time labor education,and the lack of teacher access and evaluation of labor education elements.The labor education literacy of teachers in the new era refers to the psychological qualities and professional abilities that teachers possess to complete labor education and teaching tasks.Its constituent elements mainly include three dimensions:professional ethics,professional literacy,and professional security,that is,clear labor education missions and tasks,and labor education knowledge and ability,labor education rights and treatment.The improvement of teachers’labor education literacy in the new era requires the government,universities,and primary and secondary schools to play their respective roles of policy bodies,training bodies,and practice bodies to advance in all directions,and support them in all fields.Under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,to promote the labor education of teachers in the new era and promote the improvement of teachers’labor education literacy,the main body of the policy should take the reform of teacher education as the starting point to ensure the strength of labor education teachers.The training body should promote the labor education in colleges and universities and cultivate teachers’labor education literacy.The main body of practice should rely on the learning community platform to promote the professional development of teachers’labor education.
