“互联网+”时代公费师范生网络学习共同体的构建 被引量:3

摘要 学习共同体在"互联网+"时代发生了演化与重构。公费师范生作为我国中小学教师的预备群体,其专业能力的发展在一定程度上影响着未来中小学教育质量的提升。公费师范生网络学习共同体具备学习资源的开放性、共享性、交互性等优势,可以为公费师范生提供海量优质的学习资源,进而保障学习资源的统一性。基于网络学习共同体概念,运用文献资料法展开研究,分析公费师范生网络学习共同体构建条件,以学习者的信息素养和共同体意识为维度,以助学者的教学目标、教学内容、教学过程和教学评价为主线,以交互平台的共同体目标、共同体文化、专业技术支撑和知识信息维护与更新为要素,构建公费师范生网络学习共同体,以期提升公费师范生专业化水平。 The learning community has evolved and restructed in the"Internet plus"era.The public-funded normal university students are regarded as a preparatory group of primary and secondary school teachers in our country,and to a certain extent,their professional development has an effect on future primary and secondary school education.The network learning community has the advantages of openness,sharing,and interactivity of learning resources,and provides a large number of high-quality learning resources for the public-funded normal university students to ensure the unity of learning resources.Based on the concept of network learning community,the research is carried out by method of literature and analyses the construction conditions of network learning community of the public-funded normal university students.By discussing the information literacy and community consciousness of learners,E-moderators’teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching process and teaching evaluation and community goals,community culture,professional technical support and knowledge information maintenance and update of the interactive platform,the research constructs a network learning community of the public-funded normal university students to build up the public-funded normal university students’specialization level.
