摘要
分别按ASME—2015锅炉与压力容器规范和API 579-1—2016维护适应性评价准则分析焦化塔鼓凸缺陷的极限载荷状况。按前者分析得到极限载荷为277 kPa,按后者整体不圆度评定得到极限载荷为222 kPa;两种方法得到的极限载荷相差不多,都能满足操作压力为100 kPa的工况要求;整体不圆度评定结果相对比较保守。
Both ASME—2015 and API 579-1—2016 were adopted to analyze limit load condition of bulge defects in coking columns.The results show that,a 277 kPa limit load can be obtained according to ASME—2015,and evaluating overall unroundness according API 579-1—2016,the ultimate load is 222 kPa.The limit loads obtained by these two methods are similar and they satisfy operating conditions with working pressure of 100 kPa.The evaluation results of unroundness are relatively conservative.
