摘要
分别建立锥筒型(3种规格)、直筒型、锥型升气管油气分离器三维模型,进行ICEM网格划分和Fluent流场模拟分析。研究结果表明:5种升气管油气分离器中,锥型升气管分离器的分离效率最高;适当改变转速可以提高油气分离器的分离效率。
The 3D model for the oil-gas separator with straight riser,tapered riser and conical riser was established,respectively and ICEM grid generation and fluent flow field simulation analysis were implemented.The results show that,of 5 groups of oil-gas separators with the riser of different structures,the separator with tapered riser has the best separating efficiency and properly changing the rotating speed can improve the efficiency of the separator.
