摘要
采用数值模拟与理论计算的方法,分析了稳压器喷雾阀的流量特性,并建立了流量系数与流通面积的关系。将数值模拟结果与实际工况进行对比,验证了数值模拟的准确性。利用数值模拟获得了阀门的流量特性曲线和流场分布;研究了V形切口倒角尺寸和张角大小对流量系数的影响。通过理论计算得到了阀门不同开度时的流通面积;分析了流通面积与流量系数的关系。
Through making use of numerical simulation and theoretical calculation,the flow rate characteristics of pressurizer’s spray valve were analyzed and the relationship between flow coefficient and flow area was established,including comparing numerical simulation results with actual working conditions to verify accuracy of the numerical simulation and making use of numerical simulation to obtain flow characteristic curve and flow field distribution of the valve and the influence of chamfer size and opening angle of V-notch on flow coefficient.In addition,through theoretical calculation,the flow area of the valve with different openings was obtained,and the relationship between the flow area and the flow coefficient was analyzed.
