摘要 采用CAESARⅡ应力分析软件对两类在用压力管道系统进行应力校核:醋酸乙烯管线中的一次应力超标,通过调整支架得到较大改善;主蒸汽管线的二次应力超标(过度挠曲),通过改进Π形补偿器,使管系有足够的柔性,以满足管道系统的整体安全要求。 CAESARⅡstress analysis software was used to check the stress of two piping systems in service.The results show that,the primary stress in vinyl acetate pipeline exceeded the limit and it can be improved obviously by adjusting the supports;the secondary stress of the main steam line which also exceeded the limit(excessive deflection)can be solved through improvingΠ-type compensator so that the piping system has enough flexibility to satisfy the requirement of overall safety.
