创新创业背景下,促进农牧区文化小康建设中文化艺术人才需求的有效对接,是文化强国的区域体现。文章从文化小康建设中构筑创业就业优质环境、创新地方高校音乐艺术人才的培养机制、大学生理想职业的选择与职业价值观三方面,对创新创业背景下地方高校音乐人才培养对接农牧区需求进行探讨。

Under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship,promoting the effective connection of the demand for cultural and artistic talents in the construction of a well-off culture in agricultural and pastoral areas is the regional embodiment of a cultural power.This paper discusses the connection between the cultivation of music talents in local colleges and universities and the needs of agricultural and pastoral areas under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship from three aspects:building a high-quality environment for entrepreneurship and employment in the construction of cultural well-off society,innovating the cultivation mechanism of music and art talents in local colleges and universities,and the choice of ideal career and professional values of college students.
