“学工系统”在高职院校班会教育中的应用摭探

Exploration of the Application of"Student Work Management System"in Class Meeting Education in Higher Vocational School

班会教育不仅要关注具体的班会组织过程,还需要重视班会教育材料的记载与提炼。文章以江阴职业技术学院为例,围绕“学工系统”在班会教育方面全方位的要求和规范,探讨“学工系统”在班会教育中的应用与创新:要发挥数据库优势协助系部整合班会课程,体现提质培优“指挥棒”的导向作用;创新班主任培训方式,实现考核“浸润式”的指导作用;体现院系两级监管模式优越性,凸显“全程育人”的服务成效。

Class meeting education should not only pay attention to the specific class meeting organization process,but also pay attention to the recording and refining of class meeting education materials.Taking Jiangyin Polytechnic College as an example,focusing on the all-round requirements and norms of"student work management system"in class meeting education,this paper discusses the application and innovation of"student work management system"in class meeting education:give play to the advantages of database,assist the department to integrate class meeting courses,and reflect the guiding role of"baton"in improving quality and training;innovating the cultivate mode of head teachers to realize the guiding role of"infiltration"assessment;reflect the advantages of the two-level supervision mode of colleges and departments,and highlight the service effect of"the whole process of education".
