目标教学法在高职外科护理教学中的实践探究

摘要 方法:采用常规教学法(对照组)、目标教学法(观察组),对组间护生综合能力、护生满意度、带教教师满意度展开分析。结果:(1)培训前,组间护生综合能力评分无明显差异,P>0.05;培训后,观察组护生综合能力评分高于对照组,P<0.05;(2)观察组业务教学能力分、自身素质分、护理教学活动分、教学态度评分均高于对照组;(3)观察组学习进取分、差错事故分、工作能力分、工作态度分、思想品德评分均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:在外科护理教学中应用目标教学法,可以提高护生综合能力及满意度、带教教师满意度,值得推广。 Methods:routine teaching method(control group)and target teaching method(observation group)were used to analyze the comprehensive ability,satisfaction of nursing students and satisfaction of teaching teachers.Results:(1)before training,there was no significant difference in the comprehensive ability score of nursing students between groups,P>0.05;after training,the comprehensive ability score of nursing students in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05;(2)the scores of professional teaching ability,self quality,nursing teaching activities and teaching attitude in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;(3)the scores of learning progress,errors and accidents,working ability,working attitude and ideological and moral character in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:the application of target teaching method in surgical nursing teaching can improve the comprehensive ability and satisfaction of nursing students and the satisfaction of teaching teachers,which is worthy of popularization.
