基于成果导向教育模式的高职英语教学改革探索

Exploration of English Teaching Reform in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Achievement Oriented Education Mode

相对于传统教育,以成果为导向的教育模式,更加注重教学成果的统一化和规范化,以培养学生的自主学习能力和思维能力。文章对成果导向教育模式的概念进行分析,并探讨基于成果导向的高职英语教学改革现状,指出教师要设立科学的教学目标,合理设计教学方案,加强成果导向教育模式教法的创新。

Compared with traditional education,the result oriented education model pays more attention to the unification and standardization of teaching results,so as to cultivate students'autonomous learning ability and thinking ability.This paper analyzes the concept of achievement oriented education model,discusses the current situation of English teaching reform in higher vocational colleges based on achievement oriented education,and points out that teachers should set scientific teaching objectives,reasonably design teaching plans,and strengthen the innovation of teaching methods of achievement oriented education model.
