在新的历史时期,党建团队建设已成为高校教育事业发展的重要基石,对提升高等教育育人质量、落实立德树人根本任务具有积极的意义。文章结合高校党务工作队伍建设现状,以“三有三引”思想为纲领,探讨高校党建工作队伍建设的有效措施和具体方法:坚持思想引领,培养有组织的党务工作者;坚持模范引升,培养有担当的党务工作者;坚持活动引路,培养有作为的党务工作者。

In the new historical period,the construction of party building team has become an important cornerstone of the development of higher education,which is of positive significance to improve the quality of higher education and implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people.Combined with the current situation of party affairs team construction in colleges and universities,and taking the thought of"three haves and three introductions"as the program,this paper discusses the effective measures and specific methods of party construction team construction in colleges and universities:adhering to ideological guidance and cultivating organized party affairs workers;adhere to model promotion and train responsible party workers;adhere to activities to guide the way and cultivate promising party workers.
