论马克思的反贫困思想及中国化特质

On Marx’s anti-poverty thought and its Chinese characteristics

马克思的反贫困思想产生于对市民社会贫困问题的批判性论述。他指出市民社会的贫困根源在于资本私有制,且以劳资对立或贫富分化表现出来。从生产力与生产关系两个切入点,马克思展开了对上述贫困根源的系统阐释,结论是在资本私有制的外壳与社会化生产之间的不相容最终导致资本主义生产方式灭亡的前提下,走向"所有人的富裕"。在总结当代中国决胜脱贫攻坚取得的理论成就时,既要反映对其马克思反贫困思想的继承与发展,也要突出它的中国化特质。这种特质主要通过科学处理好决胜脱贫攻坚与新时代中国社会主要矛盾、根本制度的优越性与具体政策的发展性、经典马克思理论观点与"中国道路"的特质等方面的关系体现出来。

Marx’s anti-poverty thought comes from the critical discussion on the poverty problem of civil society. Marx also pointed out that the root lies in the private ownership of capital,which is manifested in the opposition between labor and capital or the polarization of wealth. From the two points of productivity and production relations,Marx launched a systematic interpretation of the above-mentioned causes of poverty. The conclusion is that under the premise that the incompatibility between the shell of private ownership of capital and socialized production eventually led to the demise of capitalist mode of production,Marx went on to"the wealth of all". When summing up the theoretical achievements of contemporary China’s decisive fight against poverty,we should not only reflect the inheritance and development of Marx’s anti-poverty thought,but also highlight its sinicized characteristics. This characteristic mainly manifects itself in the scientific handling of the relationship between the decisive poverty alleviation and the main social contradictions in the new era,the superiority of the basic system and the development of specific policies,the classical Marxist theory and the characteristics of "China Road".
