从党章的历史沿革看百年大党的辉煌历程

Views on the splendid history of the 100-year-old great Communist Party of China from the perspective of the historical evolution of the Party Constitution

研究聚焦历次党代会对党章的制定修改,从党史中探究党的成功之道。通过系统梳理、深入探究,从中不难获得明理、增信、崇德、力行四个层面的重要启示。一是明理,从党的指导思想与时俱进中明白我们党的历史就是一部不断推进马克思主义中国化的历史;二是增信,通过历史比较分析的方法,深刻理解中国共产党为什么能,从而自觉增强信仰信念;三是崇德,明确了党章的功能地位和时代特色,自觉把党章作为根本依据和标准来加强党性修养;四是力行,通过学习增强党员意识、党章意识、宗旨意识,做到悟思想办实事。通过党章的历史沿革,总结发现百年大党的成功之道关键在于六个方面的重要坚持,即坚持党的领导、坚持中国特色社会主义道路、坚持科学理论指导、坚持改革开放、坚持以人民为中心的执政理念、坚持中国特色社会主义制度。

It’s a study on the success of the CPC taking the historical evolution of the Party Constitution as the main line focusing on the formulation and revision of the Party Constitution through the various congresses of Party representatives. Through systematic combing and in-depth exploration,there are significant achievements from four aspects: understanding the truths,enhancing the faith and confidence,advocating virtue and acting energetically. First,It’s clear that the history of the CPC is a history of continuously promoting the sinicization of Marxism from the perspective of the Party’s guiding ideology advancing with the times. Second,to know why the Communist Party of China can achieve such great success through the historical comparative analysis method,thus there’s no doubt to consciously strengthen the faith and confidence. Third,the function and position of the Party Constitution and the characteristics of the times have been clarified,and the Party Constitution has been consciously taken as the fundamental basis and standard for strengthening the cultivation of Party spirit. Fourth,to enhance the party member consciousness,the party constitution consciousness and the aim consciousness,to understand the thoughts and to handle concrete affairs in a down-to-earth manner. From the historical evolution of the CPC Constitution,it is concluded that the key to the success of the 100-year-old great CPC lies in adhering to the leadership of the CPC,the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the guidance of scientific theories,reform and opening up,the concept of people-centered governance,and the socialist system with Chinese characteristics.
