高校SPOC就业创业课程满意度影响因素实证分析

摘要 SPOC是一种依赖于在线教学与线下教学结合的小规模限制型学习模式.SPOC混合教学打破高校传统教学中的限制,有效整合利用教学资源,为学生学习提供更好的学习环境,充分调动学习积极性.通过调查高校就业创业课程的满意度,剖析SPOC的概念,结合相应的理论分析和文献参考,构建模型,分别探讨老师答疑与辅导、课堂互动、知识点编排和课前预习.结合研究结论,建议在SPOC教学中构建良好的线上线下教学氛围,建立对于教师与学生具有激励性的考核机制,为就业创业课程的建设和发展提供理论参考价值. SPOC is a small-scale restricted learning mode which depends on the combination of online teaching and offline teaching.SPOC hybrid teaching breaks the limitation of traditional teaching in Colleges and universities,effectively integrates and utilizes teaching resources,provides better learning environment for students and fully mobilizes learning enthusiasm.Through the investigation of the satisfaction of employment and entrepreneurship courses in colleges and universities,the concept of SPOC is analyzed.The model is constructed by combining the corresponding theoretical analysis and literature reference,and then discusses the teacher answering and counseling,classroom interaction,knowledge point arrangement and pre class preview.Combined with the research conclusion,it is suggested to build a good online and offline teaching atmosphere in SPOC teaching,establish an incentive assessment mechanism for teachers and students,and provide theoretical reference value for the construction and development of employment and entrepreneurship courses.
