“三全育人”模式下高校校园文化建设探析

On the construction of campus culture under the mode of“three complete education”

"三全育人"即坚持全员、全过程、全方位育人,是高校思想政治工作及教育教学综合改革中长期、复杂的系统工程."三全育人"是新时期高校高质量发展的重要动力,要求把思想政治工作贯穿于大学生课程之中,将课堂教学、社会实践、思想政治教育融入高校育人的各个重要环节.介绍了"三全育人"与校园文化建设的内涵,进而就二者的关系进行解读,结合当前高校校园文化建设存在的不足提出了"三全育人"模式下高校校园文化建设的策略.

“Three complete education”is to adhere to the whole staff,the whole process and all-round education,which is a long-term and complex system engineering of ideological and political work and comprehensive reform of education and teaching in colleges and universities.“Three complete education”is an important driving force for the high-quality development of colleges and universities in the new era.It requires that the ideological and political work should be run through the college students’curriculum,and classroom teaching,social practice and ideological and political education should be integrated into each important link of college education.This paper introduces the connotation of“three complete education”and the construction of campus culture,and then interprets the relationship between them.Combined with the shortcomings of the current construction of campus culture,this paper puts forward some strategies for the construction of campus culture under the mode of“three complete education”.
