摘要
应用计算流体力学软件建立了质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)流体域的物理模型,并对其进行了模拟分析。对于由PEMFC阳极侧极板的平行流道改进而成的波浪形流道,通过对模拟计算得到的压力分布、进出口压降、流道流量分布与流量差异性、流道流速分布与流速差异性的分析,提出对极板的优化方案。对优化后的方案的流体域模型进行模拟分析,并将计算得到的性能参数与优化前模型的性能参数进行对比分析。结果表明,优化的模型流道流量分布更均匀,流量差异性减小了,进出口压降减小了。为PEMFC阳极流场的研究提供一定的参考。
The physical model of the fluid domain of proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC)is established using a computational fluid dynamics software,and simulation analyses are performed.The pole plate on the anode side of PEMFC was improved from parallel flow channels to wave-shaped flow channels.Based on the analyese of the simulation calculation results of the pressure distribution,the pressure drop between inlet and outlet,the difference of the flow channel distribution and the flow rate,the optimization plan for the electrode plate is proposed.Then,the fluid domain model of the optimized scheme is simulated and analyzed,and the calculated performance parameters are compared with those of the model before optimization.The results show that the flow distribution of the optimized model channel is more uniform,the flow difference is reduced,and the pressure drop between inlet and outlet is reduced,which can provide reference for other studies in the area of PEMFC anode flow field.
