摘要
基于熔融沉积成型技术,通过正交实验研究了形状记忆聚氨酯(Shape Memory Polyurethane,SMP)材料固定率和回复率性能与打印速度、打印角度和打印层高之间的关系,并对打印参数影响形状记忆聚氨酯形变能力的原因进行了探究分析.结果表明:设置合理的打印参数能够获得较好的形变能力.当打印速度为40 mm/s,打印层高为0.1 mm,打印角度为90°-180°时,3D打印样件具有较好的形变能力.
Based on the fused deposition molding technology,the relationship between the fixed and recovery rates of a shape memory polyurethane(SMP)material and the speed,angle and layer height of the printing parameters were studied through orthogonal experiments.The changes of the printing parameters are explored and compared.The results show that selecting of reasonable printing parameters can obtain better deformation ability.When the printing speed is 40 mm/s with the printing layer height of 0.1 mm and the printing angle of 90-180°,the 3D printing sample has better deformation ability.
