摘要
设计了一款可用于电加工的绝缘转台.对原有数控机床的直驱转台进行改造,避免在机床工作台临时添加额外转台.在其内腔增加供电结构,使其可以在工作台面供电,对机床绝缘转台结构进行详细说明.设计绝缘方案,对绝缘性能进行理论计算,并按设计方案进行现场试验测试.进行实际电加工实验,测试机床转台实际加工效果及加工后工作台情况.该电加工转台可实现真正的多轴电火花加工,其结构紧凑,适用于各种电加工环境.
An insulated turntable is designed for electrical processing.The direct-drive turntable of the origi-nal CNC machine is modified to avoid temporary addition of another turntables to the machine table.A power supply structure is added to its inner cavity to enable power to be supplied from the table surface.The machine insulated turntable structure is described in detail,the insulation scheme is designed,theoretical calculations on the insulation properties are performed,and field experiment tests are conducted according to the design scheme.The actual electrical machining experiments are conducted to test the actual machining effect of the machine turntable and the condition of the table after machining.The results show that the EDM turntable ena-bles true multi-axis EDM and is compact and suitable for a variety of EDM environments.
