伊拉克某电站稳定运行技术改造及应用

摘要 伊拉克某油田新建150 MW燃气电站,电站投产后,多次出现停车跳闸,主要原因为当地供电系统的电压和频率波动频繁,波动幅度大,以及电站气源压力波动问题,造成电站天然气压缩机的驱动电机变频器故障跳闸以及注水泵停运和电机故障.为了解决电站安全运行问题,进行了2项主要技术改造,一是实现孤岛电网为油田生产供电,二是采用复合逻辑控制模块对气源稳定性进行改造,通过这两项技术改造实现了电站的稳定运行,保证了油田注水生产的安全. A newly built 150MW gas power station in an oil field in Iraq has repeatedly stopped and tripped after the power station was put into production.The main reasons are that the voltage and frequency of the local power supply system fluctuate frequently,the fluctuation range is large,and the pressure fluctuation of the gas source of the power station causes the natural gas compressor to drive Motor inverter trips due to fault,water injection pump shutdown and motor failure.In order to solve the problem of safety operation of the power station,two main technical transformations were carried out.One is to establish the island power grid to supply power for oilfield production,and the other is to use a composite logic control module to transform the stability of the gas source.These two technical transformations have achieved stable operation of the power station.
