摘要
油田开发中,掺水管线的腐蚀与结垢是管道失效的重要原因,也是较为普遍的现象。在处理漏失或者更新管线的过程中会造成现场漏油和油井停产,导致产量损失和环境污染,导致更新管道成本巨大。经研究探索,采用化学干预思路,用一台加药泵为一定范围内的油井掺水管线供给药剂,设计投资少、见效快、工艺简单的水质处理系统,以减缓管线内壁腐蚀、结垢现象。实践表明,该系统可有效降低掺水管线腐蚀、结垢的速度,降低劳动强度,提高生产时率,取得显著的社会和经济效益。
In oilfield development,the corrosion and scaling of water adulteration pipeline is an important cause of pipeline failure,but also a relatively common phenomenon.In the process of dealing with leakage or pipeline renewal,oil leakage and oil well production will be stopped,resulting in production loss and environmental pollution,resulting in huge cost of pipeline renewal.Through research and exploration,the idea of chemical intervention is adopted,and a dosing pump is used to supply chemicals to the water adulteration pipeline of oil wells within a certain range.The water quality treatment system with less investment,quick effect and simple technology is designed to slow down the corrosion and scaling phenomenon of the inner wall of the pipeline.Practice shows that the system can effectively reduce the corrosion and scaling speed of water adulteration pipeline,reduce labor intensity,increase production time rate,and achieve remarkable social and economic benefits.
