摘要
协同育人是当代高校人才培养的主流方向。当前,高校协同育人在制度上、机制上、模式上存在不足,特别是企业方参与协同育人的主动性不强,严重制约高校协同育人的成效。运用"自组织"理论,可以有效审视高校协同育人机制上的缺失,指导深度推进高校协同育人。健全高校协同育人机制,需要政府发挥主导作用、高校发挥主体作用、企业发挥重要参与作用。
Collaborative education is the mainstream direction of talent training in contemporary universities.Currently,there are deficiencies in the system,mechanism,and mode of collaborative education in universities,especially the lack of initiative of enterprises to participate in collaborative education,which seriously restricts the effectiveness of collaborative education in universities.The lacks in collaborative education mechanism in colleges and universities will be effectively examined by"self-organization"theory,and the collaborative education in colleges and universities can be guided and promoted.To perfect the mechanism of collaborative education among colleges and universities,it is necessary for the government to play a leading role,colleges and universities to play a main role and enterprises to play an important role of participation.
