摘要
本文研究了改善制冷剂分配特性的方式,将其分为对结构设计参数和对运行工况参数的改进。通过对不同改进方式及其适用工况进行归纳整理,分析了不同方式对改善制冷剂分配特性的效果。研究结果表明:通过改善换热器和结构设计参数,如增加扁管突出深度至集管高度的50%、改善运行工况参数,如增加质量流量和干度,均可在一定程度内改善制冷剂在换热器内的分配特性;但是对结构设计参数的改进往往带来增加压降的后果,而对运行工况参数的改善需要根据换热条件而定。
The ways to improve the refrigerant distribution characteristics are studied in this paper, and they are classified into the improvements by structural design parameters and operating parameters. The different ways and their working conditions are summarized and the effects of different ways on improving the refrigerant distribution characteristics are studied in this article. The research results show that, by improving structural design parameters, such as improving the flat tube protruding depth to 50% of header, and by improving operating parameters, such as increasing mass flow rate and quality, the distribution characteristics of the refrigerant in the heat exchanger can be improved to a certain extent. However, the improvement of structural design parameters often brings the consequences of increased pressure drop, and the improvement of operating conditions parameters is determined by heat transfer conditions.
