摘要
生产加工后的食品在运输到超市或餐饮场所之前通常在冷藏库或者冷冻库中储存。食品在冷藏库中可以储存数小时、数天甚至一年(对于某些水果和蔬菜),在冷冻库中可以储存数月。已有研究表明,冷库是冷链各环节中食品温度控制较好的环节之一。对冷库经营者来说能源的使用情况至关重要,因为能源成本在冷库总运行成本中占比较大。大量的传统冷库使用具有低全球变暖潜能值(GWP)的制冷剂。
Food are ofter stored in cold storage warehouse after production and before being transported and distributed to supermarkets or catering establishments. Food is stored either chilled or frozen and may remain in the store for periods of a few hours, days or even a year(for some fruits and vegetables) in chillers and up to several months in freezers. This sector has been shown to be one of the sectors of the cold chain where the temperature of products is well temperature-controlled. Energy usage is important to cold store operators as it is a high proportion of the overall operating costs. Traditional cold storage warehouses have high usage of low global warming potential(GWP) refrigerants.
