我国“互联网+辅助技术服务”的演进与展望

Development and Prospect of Internet Plus Assistive Technology Service in China

随着互联网信息技术的不断发展,"互联网+"赋能辅助技术服务,相比于传统辅助技术服务,呈现出服务主体多元化、服务方式高效精准、服务内容多样化的特点。本文提出我国"互联网+辅助技术服务"发展演进的三个阶段:计算机时代、移动互联网时代和新信息技术时代,并比较分析不同阶段的特点、应用技术、应用场景和驱动方式,提出政府应积极引导,线上线下融合发展,构建辅助技术服务生态系统,实现辅助技术服务全路径模式和辅助技术服务领域垂直发展。

With the development of Internet information technology,internet plus assistive technology service(ATS)has more advantages than traditional ATS,which show the diversification of service provider,efficient and accurate service modes and diversified service contents.This paper puts forward three stages of the evolution of Internet plus ATS:the computer era,the mobile Internet era and the new information technology era.It also analyzes the characteristics,application technology,application scenarios and driving methods of different stages.It is proposed that the government should actively guide,integrate ATS online and offline,build an ATS ecosystem,the full path model and the development of vertical fields of ATS.
