北京冬奥会“备战办”模式对河北体育事业发展的启示

对国家体育总局备战办成立期间不同模式下所做工作及所具现实意义进行整理,并以此深挖对于河北体育事业发展的启示。以全国各省体育科研院所、各体育高校为主要参与单位的国家体育总局备战办于2017年成立,核心职能主要是培训锻造为冰雪而生的体育科研人才、与总局体科所联手做好"跨界跨项"选材工作、统计分析冰雪项目世界格局及尝试构建冰雪各项目的冠军模型。其人才汇集形式、灵活机动的工作模式、实际具体的工作内容、强化梯队建设的意识、稳定充裕的资金流动等,都为科研工作者尽心竭力做好既定工作提供了坚实保障。

This paper sorts out the work done and practical significance under different modes during the establishment of the war preparation office of the General Administration,and explores the enlightenment for the development of sports in Hebei.The preparation office of the General Administration of sports,with scientific research institutes and sports colleges and universities in all provinces as the main participating units,was established in 2017.Its core functions are mainly to train and forge sports scientific research talents born for ice and snow,cooperate with the Sports Science Institute of the general administration to complete the selection of"cross-border and cross event",statistically analyze the world pattern of ice and snow projects and try to build a champion model of ice and snow projects.Its talent collection form,flexible working mode,actual and specific work content,strengthening the awareness of echelon construction,stable and abundant capital flow provide a solid guarantee for scientific researchers to do their best to do the established work.
