轻度认知障碍是一种有着较高进展概率的疾病,它的早期识别与治疗对于预防其向痴呆转化具有极其重要的意义。通过西医方法在识别上较为容易,但是如果在治疗上沿用阿尔兹海默症的西医治疗药物,效果却不够理想,而中医药对其防治具有一定的优势,文章通过查阅相关文献,从心、脾、肾、痰、瘀的方面出发阐述轻度认知障碍的中医药防治进展,旨在为轻度认知障碍的中医药防治丰富内容及提供参考。

Mild cognitive impairment is a disease with a high probability of progression,and its early identification and treatment are of great significance for preventing its transformation to dementia.It is easy to identify by western medicine,but if the western medicine treatment of Alzheimer’s disease is followed in the treatment,the effect is not ideal,and traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in its prevention and treatment.This paper expounds the progress of traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment of mild cognitive impairment from the aspects of heart,spleen,kidney,phlegm,and blood stasis by consulting the relevant literature,in order to enrich the content and provide a reference for the traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment of mild cognitive impairment.
