摘要 基于百万扩招背景下,文章分析"四类群体"学情特点,以"教师、教学、教法"三教改革为理论依据,建立以"学生需求"为导向,行业所需为驱动,采用企业、合作院校协同育人、联合培养的"校校企"人才培养新模式。首先是分析"四类群体"学情特点;二是以"三教"改革为理论依据改革创新高职院校原人才培养模式的各个方面;三是构建"复合双师型"队伍专业发展培训体系,打造信息化"工作手册式""云活页式"等系列教材,制定企业、合作院校合作教育、联合培养的"校企"教学新模式;四是在它们的基础上制定"学生需求"为导向,行业所需为驱动的人才培养新模式;五是成果推广、实践应用。 Under the background of one million enrollment expansion,this paper analyzes the characteristics of"four groups"and takes the reform of"teachers,teaching and teaching methods"as the theoretical basis to establish a new talent training mode of"school enterprise"which is guided by"students’needs"and driven by industry needs,and adopts the collaborative education and joint training of enterprises and cooperative colleges.The first is to analyze the characteristics of"four groups";the second is to reform and innovate all aspects of the original talent training mode of higher vocational colleges based on the"three education"reform;the third is to build a professional development and training system of"compound double qualification"team,create a series of information-based"work manual"and"cloud loose leaf"teaching materials,and formulate a new"school enterprise"teaching mode of cooperative education and joint training of enterprises and cooperative colleges;the fourth is on their basis to develop a"student demand"oriented,industry demand driven talent training new mode;the fifth is the promotion and application of achievements.
