摘要
为了研究IAA9在杨树高生长形态建成中的作用,以欧洲黑杨为材料,采用RACE技术克隆到1个新的Aux/IAA基因,命名为PnIAA9,大小为1786 bp,编码365个氨基酸。采用DNAMAN等软件对PnIAA9进行了序列分析。应用MEGA7构建了PnIAA9与18个杨树Aux/IAA蛋白的进化树,结果表明其与毛果杨的IAA9同源性最高,与IAA 33基因序列相似度最低。推测PnIAA9可能参与控制节间数量的多少。该文为欧洲黑杨苗高生长分子调控研究奠定基础。
In order to study the role of IAA9 in the morphogenesis of height growth for poplar,a new Aux/IAA gene,named PnIAA9,was cloned from Populus nigra by RACE technique.It was 1786 bp in size and encoded 365 amino acids.Sequence analysis of PnIAA9 was performed using DNAMAN software.MEGA7 was used to construct the phylogenetic tree of PnIAA9 and 18 Aux/IAA proteins from poplar.The results showed that PnIAA9 had the highest homology with IAA9 of P.trichocarpa and the lowest sequence similarity with IAA33 gene.It was speculated that PnIAA9 might be involved in controlling the number of internodes.This study laid a foundation for the study on the molecular regulation of height of P.nigra seedling.
