摘要
依托某地铁项目超深地下连续墙工程,针对其超深地下连续墙钢筋笼质量大、容易变形的特点,通过采取分节吊装、主副钢筋笼焊接连接等措施,降低钢筋笼因变形大而出现卡槽的风险,提高钢筋笼入槽的安全稳定性。该技术在保证施工安全和质量的前提下缩短了工期,同时大大减少施工对社会造成的不利影响。
Relying on the super deep underground continuous wall project of a metro project,aiming at the characteristics of large weight and easy deformation of super deep underground continuous reinforcement cage,by adopting sectional lifting,welding connection of main and auxiliary reinforcement cages and other measures,the risk of reinforcement cage jamming due to large deformation is reduced,and the safety and stability of reinforcement cage entering the groove is improved.This technology shortens the construction period on the premise of ensuring the construction safety and quality,and greatly reduces the adverse impact of construction on society.
