Deepening Design Management of Complex Rigid Structure Joints of Super High-rise Complex

结合上海徐家汇中心项目,对劲性节点深化设计管理方法进行了分析。从项目的疑难点出发,分析深化设计的组织架构、设计任务流程,阐述深化设计的质量管控、进度管控、例会制度和应急处理机制,并介绍项目所采用的信息化辅助设计方法,为以后类似项目进行深化设计提供了参考。

Combined with Shanghai Xujiahui center project,the management method of in-depth design of stiff joints is analyzed.Starting from the difficult points of the project,this paper analyzes the organizational structure and design task flow of the deepening design,expounds the quality control,progress control,regular meeting system and emergency treatment mechanism of the deepening design,and introduces the information aided design method adopted by the project,which provides a reference for the deepening design of similar projects in the future.
