一种沉箱吊模加固装置的研究

Research on a Caisson Hanging Formwork Reinforcement Device

为解决建筑结构突变部位模板结构整体变形、加固不牢固、渗漏水隐患多等问题,提出了一种稳固性强、吊模成形质量高、安装拆卸方便、省时的新型沉箱吊模加固装置。通过合理设计加固体系,将该体系制作标准化,优化施工工序,降低施工成本,解决传统吊模施工中存在的一些质量问题,满足绿色施工要求。

In order to solve the problems of overall formwork structure deformation in location of building structure mutation,weak reinforcement and many hidden dangers of water leakage,a new caisson hanging formwork reinforcement device with strong stability,high forming quality,convenient installation and disassembly and time-saving is proposed.By reasonably designing the reinforcement system,it standardizes the production system,optimizes the construction process,reduces the construction cost,solves some quality problems existing in the traditional formwork construction,and meets the requirements of green construction.
