Key Technology of Municipal Pipeline Construction on Landside of Terminal Building Under Condition of Non-stop Navigation and Non-stop Operation

摘要 基于杭州萧山国际机场三期交通中心项目的施工工程中施工平面组织及交通导改复杂、施工需保障机场现状给排水体系运行和管道紧邻待建深基坑工程等3大难点,研究了不停航不停运条件下航站楼陆侧市政管线的施工技术。运用了包括BIM、管道原位悬吊保护、快速施工及紧邻深基坑管线施工保护技术等一系列关键技术,顺利完成了施工。总结的经验可供类似项目参考。 Based on the three difficulties in the construction of Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport phaseⅢtransportation center project,such as the complexity of construction plane organization and traffic guidance,the need to ensure the operation of the current water supply and drainage system of the airport and the pipeline close to the deep foundation pit project to be built,the construction technology of landside municipal pipeline of the terminal building under the condition of non-stop navigation and non-stop operation is studied.A series of key technologies including BIM,pipeline in-situ suspension protection,rapid construction and pipeline construction protection technology adjacent to deep foundation pit were used to successfully complete the construction.The experience summarized can be used as a reference for similar projects.
