摘要 登高车由于机械化程度高、操作便捷等特点,在工业、电力、建筑等行业有广泛应用。该装备操作专业化要求高,在作业过程中也容易带来一些安全隐患,比如碰撞事故等。随着智能科技的兴起,传统装备智能化升级为装备安全性提升提供了有力支持。将BIM技术与GPS、RFID等物联网感应技术相结合,研发出BIM+GPS型登高车与BIM+RFID型登高车两款具有防撞报警功能的登高车安全管理技术,为登高作业的安全性提供了保障。研发成果成功应用于某大型市政桥梁建设。 Due to the characteristics of high mechanization and convenient operation,the climbing vehicle is widely used in industry,electric power,construction and other industries.The equipment has high professional requirements for operation,and it is easy to bring some potential safety hazards during operation,such as collision accidents.With the rise of intelligent technology,the intelligent upgrading of traditional equipment provides strong support for the improvement of equipment security.Combining BIM Technology with GPS,RFID and other Internet of things sensing technologies,BIM+GPS climbing vehicle and BIM+RFID climbing vehicle with anti-collision alarm function are developed,which provides guarantee for the safety of climbing operation.The research and development results have been successfully applied to the construction of a large municipal bridge.
