设计理念与施工效果的深度融合——以OPPO东莞工业园一期景观升级工程为例

Deep Integration of Design Concept and Construction Effect-Taking PhaseⅠLandscape Upgrading Project of OPPO Dongguan Industrial Park as an Example

为解决在园林景观升级改造项目的施工过程中,由于对设计理念认识不足、施工过程管控薄弱等问题,造成的完工实景与设计理念相差甚远,甚至是项目整体的失败,通过OPPO东莞工业园一期景观升级工程的施工实践,探讨了项目实施过程中深刻理解设计理念,精心组织施工,加强落地管控,勇于技术创新等举措,最终实现设计理念与施工效果的深度融合。

In order to solve the problems such as insufficient understanding of the design concept and weak control of the construction process during the construction of the landscape upgrading project,the actual completion scene is far from the design concept,and even the overall failure of the project,through the construction practice of the landscape upgrading project of phase I of OPPO Dongguan Industrial Park,this paper discusses the deep understanding of the design concept during the project implementation,careful organization of the construction,strengthening the landing control,confidence in technological innovation and other measures,and finally realize the deep integration of design concept and construction effect.
