摘要
面临投资主体愈加多元化、数量持续增长及越发高、大、深、长、难的建设项目新挑战,在项目管理过程中起着至关重要作用的项目经理执行力亟需提升,通过对建筑施工总包管理工作的观察、思考,就项目经理执行力的影响因素等进行细化分析、系统总结,提炼出提升项目经理执行力的方法和措施,实践结果颇为有效。总结的经验可供同行参考。
Facing the new challenges of more diversified investors,continuous growth in the number and increasingly higher,larger,deeper,longer and more difficult construction projects,the executive ability of the project managers,who play a vital role in the process of project management,urgently need to be improved.Through the observation and reflection on the general contracting management of construction,this paper makes a detailed analysis and systematic summary on the influence factors of the executive ability of the project manager,extract the methods and measures to improve the executive ability of the project manager,and the practical results are quite effective.The experience summarized can be used as a reference for peers.
